New VDL Futura team bus for KRC Genk

On Wednesday 24 June 2015 the brand new VDL Futura team bus for Belgian football club KRC Genk was handed over to Autocars Neyens NV and, at the same time, presented to the players and staff of KRC Genk. Autocars Neyens, a passenger transport company based in Belgian Limburg, has been providing transportation for KRC Genk since 2001.



Handing over the key with the players and staff of KRC Genk, Jacky Neyens (Director Autocars Neyens), Ard Romers (Director VDL Bus & Coach Nederland) and Marc Hansen (VDL Bus & Coach Belgium).


VDL Futura FHD2-131
The VDL Futura FHD2-131 for KRC Genk is a 3-axle coach with a length of 13.1 metres. The coach is configured for 38+1+1 people. Luxurious, very comfortable seating and VIP tables offer players and staff the perfect environment for relaxed travel both before and after important games. Each seat has its own 220 volt power outlet and USB connection. Digital TV is provided for passengers on various LCD screens located throughout the coach. A well-appointed kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences.

Autocars Neyens NV
Autocars Neyens NV is a passenger transport company based in Belgian Limburg, specialized in school transport services and taking workers to and from DAF Trucks in Eindhoven. Neyens Autocars also offers day trips and multi-day travel, both at home and abroad. The company has 75 motivated employees. “We have been a satisfied VDL Bus & Coach customer since our company was founded in 1998,” says Jacky Neyens, director Autocars Neyens. More than 90% of the vehicle fleet was purchased from VDL.
